We are offering a global internshipexperience in Talent Acquisition Dept., HR Division. You will be given withhands-on, practical tasks while working alongside with our Global Talent Acquisitionteam members.
What you will be doing in this role You will be assisting our global recruitment team to: - Identify recent trend and important factors of foreign students working in Japan
- Propose future global recruiting strategy in different regions (mainly China and Pan Asia region) for Sony to better recruit foreign students to Japan in the future.
- Suggest effective recruiting channels and employer branding in above regions
- Collect, propose and create attractive contents for future global recruiting materials, including website, news, brochures, flyers and/or other medias.
Who we are looking for
- Current university student enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a preferred major in Social Science (including but not limited to Human Resources Management, Psychology, Marketing or Communication)
- Strong written and verbalcommunication skills in Chinese and English.
- Japanese is not required butwould be an advantage
- Strategic thinking and problem-solvingskills
- Resourceful, organized and self-encouraging.Able to work under minimum supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Skills of Photoshop, Illustrator or other equivalent skills would be an advantage
InternshipDuration - Minimum 8-10 weeks, between July to December 2021(start and end date, internship length can be discussed)
